摘　　要：明清时期是“疫”发生的高峰时期之一,涌现出了诸多杰出的医家和代表性典籍,积累了丰富的中医防治疫病的经验,形成了辨证论治疫病的基本体系,值得进行疫病理论梳理与挖掘研究。文章通过研究明清时期医家的理论观点和相关典籍内容,梳理总结了对于疫的认识、发病原因和治法,以期对于疫的诊治提供思路和方法。The Ming and Qing Dynasties was one of the peak periods when epidemic diseases occurred,during which there emerged many outstanding doctors and representative classics,and rich experience in the TCM prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases was accumulated,which formed a fundamental system of syndrome di?erentiation and treatment.Therefore,it is worth combing and exploring the theories of epidemic diseases created in this period.By studying the theoretical viewpoints of doctors in the Ming and Qing dynasties and the relevant books,this paper summarizes the understanding,causes and treatment of epidemic diseases,with a view to providing ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of epidemic diseases.
