摘  要:目的分析尤瑞克林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中对患者脑血管储备(CVR)能力、神经功能的影响。方法选取2019年2月-2021年12月收治的急性缺血性脑卒中328例,根据治疗方案分为对照组161例和观察组167例。对照组给予银杏叶提取物注射液,观察组给予尤瑞克林治疗。观察2组临床疗效、CVR、屏气指数(BHI)、搏动指数(PI)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后CVR、BHI水平均高于对照组,PI水平及NIHSS、mRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尤瑞克林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中临床效果确切,可有效改善CVR能力、神经功能。Objective To analyze the effects of Urinary Kallidinogenase therapy on cerebrovascular reserve(CVR)capacity and neurological function in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods In total,328 cases of AIS admitted from February 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group(n=161)and observation group(n=167)according to the treatment scheme.The control group was treated with Ginkgo Biloba Extract Injection,and the observation group was treated with Urinary Kallidinogenase.The clinical efficacy,CVR,breath holding index(BHI),pulsatility index(PI),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,modified Rankin Scale(mRS)scores and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CVR and BHI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the PI level,NIHSS scores and mRS scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Urinary Kallidinogenase has a definite clinical effect on AIS,which can effectively improve CVR capacity and neurological function.
