摘  要:以麻豌豆和青豌豆作为研究材料,采用蛭石、珍珠岩、沙子3种不同培养基质种植芽苗菜,通过测定芽苗菜的发芽率、叶绿素、产量等生长指标研究了不同机制对不同品种豌豆芽苗菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明:3种同基质中,2种豌豆品种的发芽率、株高、叶绿素和产量均有所差异;在2个品种中家园麻豌豆的发芽率、平均株高、产量等指标均优于青豌豆;在3种基质中麻豌豆沙子处理的发芽率、平均株高、产量等指标表现最好。Taking hemp Pisum sativum L. and green Pisum sativum L. as study material, three different culture substrates of vermiculite, perlite and sand were used to grow sprouts. The effects of different mechanisms on the yield and quality of different varieties of Pisum sativum L. sprouts were studied by measuring the germination percentage, chlorophyll, yield and other growth indicators of sprouts. The results showed that the germination rate, plant height, chlorophyll and yield of the two Pisum sativum L. varieties were different among three same substrates. In the two varieties, the germination rate, average plant height, yield and other indicators of home Pisum sativum L. were better than those of green Pisum sativum L., and the germination rate, average plant height, yield and other indicators of home Pisum sativum L. sand treatment performed the best in the three substrates.
