Objective To study the efficacy and safety of conventional low-dose chemotherapy for patients with oral cancer. Methods This study was carried out in a retrospective manner, selecting 50 patients with oral cancer in our hospital from February 2017 to September 2018,including the control group(23 cases, surgical treatment)and the observation group(27 cases, combined with routine small Dosage chemotherapy);observe the short-term efficacy, treatment safety, and patient survival. Results The short-term curative effect of the observation group was as high as 92.59%,and the adverse reaction rate was only 3.70%.The control group was 65.21% and 26.0%,respectively.The observation group had significant short-term curative effect and high treatment safety. After treatment, the patients had longer PES and OS.The survival situation is better, the data of the two groups are compared,P<0.05.Conclusion For oral cancer patients undergoing surgical treatment, the combination of conventional low-dose chemotherapy has a significant effect, which can improve the short-term efficacy and ensure the safety of treatment, and then improve the survival of patients.
