摘 要:针对传统的Boost功率因数校正(PFC)电路存在效率低以及输入电流谐波含量大等缺点,提出了一类新型无桥三电平PFC电路。该电路设计了一个单开关管双向开关单元,去除二极管整流桥,减小电路损耗。此外,通过级联一个T型双向开关分支将输出电压电平数抬升至三电平,降低开关电压应力,提高输入电流的电能质量。结合多载波脉宽调制法和双闭环控制策略来产生开关脉冲信号,控制开关管的有序通断,实现桥臂电压三电平输出。以对称无桥三电平PFC电路为例,通过matlab/simulink搭建一个1 kW仿真平台进行试验,在稳态和动态下分析所提电路的有效性和可行性,并测得该电路输入电流THD为3.45%,效率最高为97.5%。In this paper,a new type of bridgeless three-level PFC circuit is proposed,which reduces losses with a single switch bidirectional switching unit to remove the diode rectifier bridge.The switching pulses are generated by multi-carrier pulse width modulation and dual closed-loop control strategy,and control switches on/off in order to realize the three-level output of bridge arm voltage.Take the example of symmetric bridgeless three-level PFC circuit,a 1 kW simulation platform is built by matlab/simulink for experiments to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed circuit in steady state and dynamics conditions,and the measured THD of input current is 3.45%,the highest efficiency is 97.5%.
