摘 要:酸化解堵作为渤海油田砂岩储层增产增注的主力技术之一,自规模化应用以来已取得显著效果。基于有机膦酸的缓速机理,通过室内实验确定主体酸的类型及浓度,复配油田常用多功能添加剂,形成一套适用于砂岩储层酸处理用的膦基缓速酸液体系配方。酸液体系的综合性能评价实验结果表明,该体系具有良好的缓速性、低腐蚀性、低表面张力、良好的配伍性、良好的铁离子稳定性等综合性能,可以为渤海油田酸化解堵工艺提供新的酸液体系。As one of the key technologies to increase production and injection in Bohai Oilfield,the scale implementation of acidizing technology has achieved significant effect.A new kind of retarded acid solution suitable for sandstone reservoir acidizing was formed by main acid whose type and concentration were determined through laboratory experiments based on the retarding mechanism of organic phosphonic acid and then compounded with multifunctional additives which were commonly used in oil field.The experimental results of comprehensive performance evaluation showed that,the solution is characterized with well retardation low corrosion,low surface tension,well compatibility,well iron ion stability and can provide a new acid system for acidizing technology of Bohai Oilfield.
