摘  要:基于纺织生物基新材料企业运营管理过程长、范围广、关键点多等因素,本着简捷、高效、规范、受控为设计开发原则,以大数据钻取分析为核心点,将信息流、物料流、资金流整合优化为基准,从完善体系制度建设与管理流程再造为切入点,运用科学合理的方法论,对纺织生产制造企业信息集成管理系统应用开发进行研究。其中主要从计划生成到合同全程管控,从采销存一体化管控到物料智能化管理,从智能检斤到质量检验管理全覆盖,从大数据钻取、挖掘和分析到企业运营战略决策等方面,进行集成开发研究,并从系统适宜性、有效性、充分性和符合性上进行多维度测试应用验证。结果表明,企业运营效率明显提升,经济效益显著提高。Based on the long operation and management process,wide range and many key points of textile bio based new materials enterprises,based on the design and development principle of“simplicity,efficiency,standardization and control”,taking big data drilling analysis as the core point,taking the integration and optimization of information flow,material flow and capital flow as the benchmark,and taking the improvement of system construction and management process reengineering as the starting point,using scientific and reasonable methodology.This paper studies the application and development of information integrated management system in textile manufacturing enterprises.Among them,integrated development research is mainly carried out from plan generation to contract whole process control,from integrated control of purchase,sales and inventory to intelligent material management,from intelligent weight inspection to full coverage of quality inspection management,from big data drilling,mining and analysis to enterprise operation strategic decision-making,and from system suitability,effectiveness the results show that the enterprise operation efficiency and economic benefits are significantly improved.
