摘 要:为使乡村电商物流成本合理化,帮助“物流下乡”政策的有效落实,文章将综合考量物流的大小、重量、运送地点、以及运送顺序等相关条件,将收益最大化当作最终目标,基于共同运送背景,以给出乡村电商物流车良性发展的方案,并将基于随机维修的非可行解方案的遗传计算办法,应用于该模型的最终求解,并且引进各种群机制,不但提升了计算的效率和结果,而且通过实例对模型进行了证实,并通过设计出不同单子仿真的大小实例对计算过程进行分析。最终结果表明,与单独的运送模型对比,共同运送方案能够从全体更优的方向合理调度区域内的物流资源,并使运送成本降低30%。仿真结果表明,与常规遗传计算方式相比,改良后的遗传计算办法会更迅速地找到优质解,能够精确地解决乡村地区共同运送的车的调度问题。In order to rationalize the cost of rural e-commerce logistics and help the effective implementation of the “logistics to the countryside” policy,the article will comprehensively consider the size,weight,transportation location,transportation sequence and other relevant conditions of logistics,take the maximization of revenue as the ultimate goal,and give a plan for the sound development of rural e-commerce logistics vehicles based on the common transportation background,and apply the genetic calculation method of the nonfeasible scheme based on random maintenance to the final solution of the model,and introduce various population mechanisms.It can not only improve the efficiency and results of the calculation,but also verify the model through examples,and analyze the calculation process by designing different single simulation examples.The final results show that the common transportation scheme can reasonably schedule the logistics resources in the region from the overall better direction,and reduce the transportation cost by 30%,compared with the separate transportation model.The simulation results show that the improved genetic computing method can find highquality solutions more quickly and accurately solve the scheduling problem of co-delivery vehicles in rural areas,compared with the conventional genetic computing method.
