摘　　要：21世纪初,电子商务还鲜为人知,而如今电子商务已经渗透到众多领域,并对逆向物流提出更大需求,这成为电子商务发展面临的一大挑战。然而逆向物流也拥有广阔的市场发展前景。对此,文章详细介绍电子商务中逆向物流的特点与三种模式,论述企业实施逆向物流的意义,并阐述C2C模式下逆向物流的管理策略,在此基础上,具体指出逆向物流实施过程中的问题并提出解决方法。此外,笔者在文章结尾引入逆向物流的具体案例,以期构建有效的退货管理逆向物流系统,而该系统将成为21世纪的逆向物流发展趋势,最终逆向物流系统发展必将推动整个电子商务行业发展。At the beginning of the 21st century,e-commerce was still unknown,but now e-commerce has penetrated into many fields and put forward greater demand for reverse logistics,which has become a major challenge for the development of e-commerce.However,reverse logistics also has broad market development prospects.In this regard,the paper introduces the characteristics and three modes of reverse logistics in e-commerce in detail,discusses the significance of implementing reverse logistics in enterprises,and expounds the management strategy of reverse logistics in C2C mode.On this basis,it points out the problems in the implementation of reverse logistics and proposes solutions.In addition,the author introduces a specific case of reverse logistics at the end of the article in order to build an effective reverse logistics system for return management,which will become the development trend of reverse logistics in the 21st century,and ultimately the development of reverse logistics system will promote the development of the whole e-commerce industry.
