摘　　要：高速公路规划能够有效推动中国公共基础设施的建设进程。从中国高速公路的具体规划发展来看,将低碳环保理念与高速公路规划加以融合,能有效改善高速公路物料、能源的消耗状况,高速公路的安全性也能有效提升。相关工作人员在执行工作规划时,应将低碳规划核心理念进行全面贯彻及落实,从根本上对设计方案进行完善。这样,中国高速公路交通体系的发展才能获得更为显著的突破。Highway plan can effectively promote the construction process of China,s public infrastructure.From the perspective of the specific planning and development of China,s expressways,integrating the concept of low-carbon environmental protection with expressway planning can effectively amend the consumption of materials and energy on expressways,and effectively improve the safety of expressways.When implementing the work plan,relevant staff should fully implement the core concept of lowcarbon planning and fundamentally improve the design scheme.In this way,the development of China,s expressway transportation system can achieve a more significant breakthrough.
