摘　　要：以美国加利福尼亚州立大学富乐顿分校波拉克图书馆劳伦斯德拉夫口述历史与公共史学中心为研究对象,通过文献研究、网站调查等方式,从岗位设置及人员构成、网络指南与远程采访资源、任务使命与工作目标、服务项目与宣传方式、资金来源与项目内容等方面展开调研,总结其特点,并结合国内口述历史机构存在的问题得出启示,即组建专业团队,提高口述历史普及程度、寻求多方合作,完善服务内容、积极展开宣传,拓宽资金来源渠道、充分挖掘项目素材,丰富项目内容。This paper chooses the Lawrence de Graaf Center for Oral and Public History of California University,Fullerton as the research object,and summarizes its characteristic from post setting and personnel composition,web guides and remote interview resources,mission and work goals,service items and publicity methods,funding sources and project content by means of literature survey,website survey,etc.It puts forwards the enlightments of domestic libraries based on the exited problems:Form a professional team and increase the popularity of oral history,seek multi-party cooperation and improve service content,carry out publicity and broaden the channels of funding sources,increase the project material and enrich the project content.
