摘 要:针对机场装配式道面板面临的重难点问题,从道面板材料、道面板结构形状及尺寸、道面板连接件形式三个角度深入分析对比俄罗斯、美国、日本、法国等国家的装配式道面板技术体系,分析符合我国机场道面需求的装配式道面板方案。研究表明:预应力钢筋混凝土装配式道面板是最适宜在机场推广的装配式道面体系,在新建机场、紧急改扩建或抢修、抢建等各种情况下均具有突出的优势。综合考虑制造、运输、施工等因素,建议机场装配式道面板采用双排预应力钢筋的矩形道面板,其长5.0 m,宽2.5 m,厚180~220 mm。Aiming at the key and difficult problems faced by the fabricated pavement slabs of airport, this paper deeply analyzes and compares the technology systems of fabricated pavement slabs of Russia, the United States,Japan, France and other countries, and analyzes the scheme of fabricated pavement slabs that meets the requirements of the airport pavement in China from three aspects: slab material, slab structure shape and size, and slab connector form. The research shows that prestressed reinforced concrete fabricated pavement slab is the most suitable fabricated pavement system to be popularized in the airport, and has outstanding advantages in the new building airport, emergency reconstruction and repair, emergency construction and other situations. Taking account the manufacturing, transportation, construction and other factors, it is recommended that the fabricated pavement slabs of airport should be a rectangular slab with double rows of prestressed reinforcement, which is5.0 m long, 2.5 m wide and 180~220 mm thick.
