摘 要:对传统的单件小批量生产模式进行了介绍并分析其形成的原因和存在的问题。在当前积极推进碳达峰、碳中和的大环境下,新能源尤其是光伏、风电的兴起及对传统化石能源替代趋势已经不可避免,传统化石能源市场必定会面临萎缩。传统电站设备生产企业在经历了21世纪初的产能大幅度扩张之后,又不得不面对减产,就需要对传统生产模式进行改良。模块化生产方式对提高管理水平、提高生产柔性、降低生产成本、控制项目风险都能起到积极的作用。Firstly, this paper introduces the traditionalunit production mode and analyzes the causes and existing problems. In the current environment of actively promoting emission peak and carbon neutralization, the rise of new energy, especially photovoltaic and wind power, has been inevitable to replace traditional fossil energy, and the traditional fossil energy market is bound to shrink. After experiencing the substantial expansion of production capacity at the beginning of the 21 st century, traditional power plant equipment manufacturers have to face the reduction of production, so they need to improve the traditional production mode. The advantages of the application of modular production mode, especially improving management level, improving production flexibility, reducing production costs and controlling project risks, can play a positive role.
