摘 要:为了探究小G蛋白StRab5b基因在马铃薯耐盐胁迫中的作用,本试验研究了150 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下超表达StRab5b基因马铃薯的叶片含水量、抗氧化酶活性和MDA含量变化。结果表明,超表达StRab5b基因马铃薯在NaCl胁迫48 h后,叶片含水量、SOD和CAT活性显著降低,MDA含量和L7、L10株系的POD活性显著增加,与对照相比,超表达StRab5b基因株系L7、L8、L10的含水量分别降低31.7%、36.2%、42.8%,SOD活性降低54.4%、48.8%、80.3%,CAT活性降低62.9%、75.7%、32.8%,MDA含量分别增加218%、179%、295%,而POD活性在L7和L10中分别增加54.2%和13.0%,在L8中却降低了29.1%。总体来看,超表达StRab5b基因马铃薯受盐胁迫伤害更重,表明StRab5b可能负向调控马铃薯对于盐胁迫的抗性。In order to explore the role of small G protein StRab5b gene in salt tolerance,we studied the variation of water content,antioxidase activities and MDA content in leaves of potato overexpressing StRab5b gene under 150 mmol/L NaCl stress.The results showed that after NaCl stress for 48 hours,the water content,SOD and CAT activities in leaves of potato overexpressing StRab5b gene decreased significantly,while the MDA content and POD activity of L7 and L10 strains increased significantly.Compared with the control,the water content of L7,L8 and L10 transgenic plants decreased by 31.7%,36.2%and 42.8%,the SOD activity decreased by 54.4%,48.8%and 80.3%,the CAT activity decreased by 62.9%,75.7%and 32.8%,the MDA content increased by 218%,179%and 295%,respectively,and the POD activity of L7 and L10 in⁃creased by 54.2%and 13.0%,while that in L8 decreased by 29.1%.Overall,the potato plants overexpressing StRab5b gene were more vulnerable to salt stress,it indicated that StRab5b gene might negatively regulate the resistance of potato to salt stress.
