摘　　要：文章选取10所国外一流高校图书馆的馆藏发展政策,借助“全评价”框架分析馆藏资源评估内容,发现国外一流高校图书馆馆藏资源评估具有形式多样化、内容科学化、以多元需求为导向、立足战略全局等特点。立足馆藏资源生命周期,我国高校图书馆可在采集阶段明确目标,做优增量;在组织阶段重视更新数据标准,管控流量;在利用阶段聚焦多元需求,提高质量;在保存阶段重视长期发展,赋能存量;在处置阶段发挥价值导向,把握变量,全方位推动高校文献信息资源建设。This paper selects the collection development policies of 10 foreign first-class academic libraries,analyzes the contents of collection resource evaluation with the help of“total evaluation”analysis framework.The contents of collection resource evaluation of foreign first-class academic libraries has the characteristics of diversified forms,scientific content,diversified demand orientation,considering the overall strategic situation and so on.Based on the life cycle theory of collection resources,Chinese academic libraries should clear target and make excellent increment in the collection stage;pay attention to updating data standards and control flow in the organization stage;focus on multiple needs and improve quality in the utilization stage;pay attention to longterm development and enable the stock in the preservation stage;give play to the value orientation and grasp the variables in the disposal stage,in order to comprehensively promote the construction of university literature information resource.
