摘　　要：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想中包含有许多关于劳动问题的重要论述,这些论述可以概括为新时代的劳动观,这种劳动观继承了马克思主义经典作家劳动理论的理论传统和逻辑思维方式,同时卓有创见地回应了当前中国社会发展过程中出现的诸多现实问题,体现了我国社会发展的价值目标,显示了中国特色社会主义之于西方资本主义的制度正义。Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era contains many important discussions on labor issues. These discussions can be summarized as the concept of labor in the new era. This concept of labor inherits the theoretical tradition and logical thinking mode of labor theory of classical Marxist writers, and creatively responds to many practical problems in the process of China’s social development, it embodies the value goal of China’s social development and shows the institutional justice of socialism with Chinese characteristics to western capitalism.
