新媒体时代成人高等教育意识形态工作的新思考

摘　　要：在新媒体时代背景下,意识形态教育会直接影响成人高等教育成效,决定了成人高等教育办学方向的正确性,同时也是新时代成人高等教育责任使命,是培养创新型人才的基础支持。成人高等教育可以充分利用新媒体开展意识形态教育,具有多元交互性、海量信息以及斗争复杂性等特征,改变传统意识形态工作模式,给国内成人高等教育带来全新机遇和发展挑战。为此在意识形态教育中,坚持马克思主义指导地位,强化社会主流意识形态主导地位,弘扬社会主义核心价值观,增强成人高等教育意识形态工作的引领作用,借力新媒体技术,创新成人高等教育意识形态工作方式方法,突破传统媒体的工作路径,重构成人高等教育意识形态工作实践路径。Under the background of the new media era, ideological education directly affects the effectiveness of adult higher education and determines the correctness of the direction of adult higher education. It is also the responsibility and mission of adult higher education in the new period and the basic support for cultivating innovative talents. New media can be fully used in adult higher education to carry out ideological education, which is characterized by multiple interaction, massive information and complexity of the conflict, changing the traditional mode of ideological work, and bringing new opportunities and development challenges to domestic adult higher education. Therefore in ideological education, it is necessary to adhere to the guiding position of Marxism, strengthen the dominant status of the mainstream ideology, carry forward the socialist core values, strengthen the leading role of ideological work in adult higher education, take advantage of the new media technology, innovate methods, break through the path of traditional media, and reconstruct the practice of ideological work in adult higher education.
