摘　　要：在现阶段地方高校转型的大背景下,很多地方高校将培养目标定位于应用型人才培养。本文基于应用型人才培养要求,探索进行药物合成反应课程的理论及实践教学新方法,突出课程的实用性、实战性,在教学中结合科学研究课题,构建教学案例,以此激发学生的学习积极性及学习兴趣,同时也有助于对学生的实践能力及创新思维能力的培养。Under the background of the transformation of local colleges and universities at the present stage,many local colleges and universities locate the training goal in the training of applied talents.Based on the training requirements of applied talents,this paper explores new theoretical and practical teaching methods of drug synthesis reaction course,highlights the practicability and practicality of the course,and constructs teaching cases in combination with scientific research topics in teaching,so as to stimulate students’learning enthusiasm and interest,and also contribute to the cultivation of students’practical ability and innovative thinking ability.
