摘 要:蓝莓叶作为蓝莓的副产物被大量丢弃,近年来越来越多的研究表明蓝莓叶具有很高的经济价值。因此文章对蓝莓叶多酚中的绿原酸、槲皮素、山奈酚、花青素和原花青素等活性成分及其抗氧化、保护肝脏、抗糖尿病、抗高血压和高血脂、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒和抗菌生物活性进行了总结,并对未来的研究进行了展望,期望对蓝莓叶的利用和开发提供参考。As a byproduct of blueberry,blueberry leaves were discarded.In recent years,more and more studies had shown that blueberry leaves had high economic value.The active compounded in polyphenols from blueberry leaves such as chlorogenic acid,quercetin,kaempferol,anthocyanin and proanthocyanidin,and their physiological functions such as antioxidant,liver protection,antidiabetic,antihypertensive,lipid lowering,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,antiviral and antibacterial were discussed,and its future research was prospected.It was expected that it can provide technical reference for the scientific utilization,popularization and development of blueberry leaves in China.
