摘　　要：化工原理精馏实验一般采用乙醇-水非理想溶液为实验体系,实验数据处理需要交替地使用相平衡方程和操作线方程进行逐板计算,因此常采用手工作图求解理论板数,该方法步骤繁琐且误差较大。本文介绍了利用Excel 2010软件处理化工原理精馏实验数据的方法,给出了乙醇-水非理性溶液的分段拟合方法以及梯级图的绘制过程。该方法具有简便、快速和准确等特点,易于学生掌握。The distillation experiment of Chemical Engineering Principle generally use ethanol-water non-ideal solution as the experimental system.The experimental data processing needs to alternately use the phase equilibrium equation and the operating line equation to plate-to-plate calculate the number of plates,so the manual drawing is often used to solve the theoretical plate number,which is complicated and has large error.A method using Excel 2010 software to process the data of distillation experiment of Chemical Engineering Principle was introduced.The subsection fitting method of ethanol-water non-ideal solution and the drawing process of McCabe-Thiele diagram were given.This method was simple,rapid and accurate,and easily to master.
