摘 要:‘可可茶’是富含可可碱而少含咖啡碱的茶树资源,由于其扦插发根能力弱,能否以种子繁殖是人们关心的问题,而种子繁殖后代主要化学成分分离情况鲜见报道。本研究以‘可可茶1号’和‘可可茶2号’推广树上采集的种子后代为材料,检测了种子繁殖后代单株主要品质化学成分。结果显示,‘可可茶’种子繁殖后代茶多酚含量较高(26.67%~42.62%),氨基酸含量变异较大(3.45%~8.42%),生物碱总含量27.56~58.1 mg/g,其中可可碱含量1.33~41.31 mg/g,咖啡碱含量0.63~41.95 mg/g,高可可碱和低咖啡碱单株少。‘可可茶’种子繁殖后代儿茶素类含量以EGCG为主,其次是GCG;GCG含量高是‘可可茶’儿茶素类组成的特征之一。‘Cocoa tea’is a tea plant resource with abundant theobromine but lees caffeine.Because of its weak ability of cutting rooting,whether it can be propagated by seeds takes great concern.However,the separation of major chemical components in the seed-propagated progeny is rarely reported.In this study,seeds collected from cultivars‘Coco Tea#1’and‘Coco Tea#2’were used as tested materials to investigate the major quality-related chemical components in the seed-propagated individual plants.The results showed that the content of tea polyphenols was ranged from 26.67%to 42.62%,amino acid content ranged from 3.45%to 8.42%,total alkaloids content ranged from 27.56 mg/g to 58.1 mg/g among which theobromine content was 1.33 mg/g~41.31 mg/g,and caffeine content 0.63 mg/g~41.95 mg/g,with few plants containing high level theobromine and low level caffeine.The predominant component of catechins in the‘cocoa tea’progeny was EGCG,followed by GCG.High level of GCG is a characteristic of catechins composition in‘Cocoa tea’.
