摘 要:选用金属陶瓷作为吸收材料,基于多层薄膜的光学干涉理论,设计了Cu/Zr-ZrO_(2)(HMVF)/Zr-ZrO_(2)(LMVF)/Al_(2)O_(3)四层结构的太阳能选择性吸收涂层。采用磁控溅射法,在4英寸Si基片上制备出与设计参数相符的样品,其在太阳辐射主要波段(300~1500 nm)具有高于96%的平均吸收率,58°大角度入射情况下在该波段仍能保持92%以上的平均吸收率。经过300℃高温退火6 h后,该吸收涂层仍然保持了预期的选择性吸收特性。In the trend of fossil fuel depletion,the full use of solar energy can effectively alleviate the energy crisis,so designing and preparing a solar selective absorption coating has a great application prospect.This study designs and experimentally demonstrates a Cu/Zr-ZrO_(2)(high metal volume fraction)/Zr-ZrO_(2)(low metal volume fraction)/Al_(2)O_(3) cermet solar selective absorption coating based on equivalent medium theory and optical interference of the multilayer thin film.By using magnetron sputtering,the cermet with definite filling-factors was precisely fabricated.The prepared selective absorption coating has an average absorption rate of 96.5%in the main solar radiation band(300~1500 nm),and can maintain an average absorption rate of more than 92%in the case of 58°incidence,and has a low thermal emissivity(5.6%)at 300℃.After annealing at 300℃for 6 h,the absorption coating still has an average absorption rate of 95.5%in the 300~1500 nm band,and maintains obvious selective absorption characteristics.Therefore,the selective absorption coating is expected to be applied in large area solar thermal collection in the future.
