经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗浅表性膀胱憩室癌的安全性及疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术在浅表性膀胱憩室癌治疗中的安全性及有效性。方法回顾性分析南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院自2018年12月-2021年10月行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗浅表性膀胱憩室癌11例患者的病历资料,分析其肿瘤、憩室形态及随访情况。结果所有患者围手术期均未发生手术相关并发症。术后病理结果示9例Ta期尿路上皮癌,2例T1期尿路上皮癌,肿瘤均未突破黏膜下层。随访时间(17±11)个月,患者定期行膀胱镜检查并活检、计算机断层扫描尿路造影术(CTU)及泌尿彩超检查均未见肿瘤复发,4例患者术后复查示原憩室癌位置膀胱憩室消失。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗浅表性膀胱憩室癌安全有效,且有一定几率缩小或消除膀胱憩室。Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of transurethral resection of bladder tumor in the treatment of superficial bladder diverticulum carcinoma.Methods The medical records,morphology of diverticula and tumors,and follow-up results of 11 patients who underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor for superficial bladder diverticulum cancer in our hospital during Dec.2018 and Oct.2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Results No complications occurred in the perioperative period.Postoperative pathological results showed that 9 cases were Ta stage urothelial carcinoma and 2 were T1 stage urothelial carcinoma.No tumors infiltrated the submucosa.During the follow-up of(17±11)months,no tumor recurrence was found in regular cystoscopy,biopsy,urinary CTU and ultrasonography,and the diverticulum disappeared in 4 cases.Conclusion Transurethral resection of bladder tumor is safe and effective in the treatment of superficial bladder diverticulum carcinoma,and there is a certain probability of eliminating bladder diverticulum.
