摘　　要：目的探究专项管理在医院抗菌类药物管理中的应用路径及对不合理用药情况和门诊处方抗菌类药物使用占比的影响。方法选取2020年7月—2021年8月衡阳市中心医院15名药师为研究对象,以不同时间段医院抗菌类药物管理的方法不同进行划分,于2020年7月—2021年1月期间采取常规管理,此阶段为实施前;于2021年2—8月采取专项管理,此阶段为实施后。分别在实施前后选取100例住院患者参与该次研究。比较实施前后住院患者抗菌类药物不合理用药情况以及药师对不同管理模式的认识程度。结果实施后住院患者总不合理用药率显著低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后药师对不同管理模式的认识程度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院抗菌类药物管理工作中采取专项管理可降低患者抗菌类药物不合理用药情况,提高抗菌类药物合理用药水平且药师对该管理模式更加认可。Objective To explore the application path of special management in hospital antibacterial drug management and its impact on irrational drug use and the proportion of outpatient prescription antibacterial drug use.Methods A total of 15 pharmacists in Hengyang Central Hospital from July 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided according to the different management methods of antimicrobial drugs in different time periods.Regular management adopted from July 2020 to January 2021,and this stage was before implementation.Special management adopted from February to August 2021,and this stage was after implementation.At the same time,100 hospitalized patients were selected to participate in this study before and after the implementation.The irrational use of antibacterial drugs in hospitalized patients and pharmacists'awareness of different management modes were compared before and after implementation.Results The total irrational drug use rate of hospitalized patients after the implementation was significantly lower than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the implementation,the pharmacists'awareness of different management modes was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting special management in the management of antibiotics in hospitals can reduce the irrational use of antibiotics in patients,improve the level of rational use of antibiotics,and pharmacists have more recognition for this management model.
