摘　　要：建筑安装业对拉动国民经济起着重要作用,它与全国经济发展和国民生活改善有密切关系。通过波特的“钻石模型”,在介绍建筑安装业发展现状的基础上,从地区产业竞争力视角出发,运用生产要素、需求条件、相关支持产业、行业结构与竞争,以及政府和机会等五个方面对宁夏新三板市场建筑安装业的竞争力进行全面分析,找出影响建筑安装业竞争力的关键因素,发现问题并为宁夏新三板市场建筑业企业提升竞争力提供建议。The construction and installation industry have played an important role in driving the national economy,which is closely related to the national economic development and the improvement of people’s lives.Based on Michael Porter’s diamond model,introduces the development of building and installation industry.From the perspective of regional industrial competitiveness,this paper analyzes the competitiveness of the construction and installation industry in Ningxia New OTC(Over the Counter)Market which includes five aspects:production factors,demand conditions,relevant and supporting industries,enterprise strategy,industry structure and competition,government and opportunity.From the above analysis to find out the key factors which is affecting the competitiveness of the construction and installation industry.And according to find its problems,the ultimate goal of this article is to provide suggestions for Ningxia New OTC Market of construction enterprises competitiveness.
