摘  要:针对可靠性试验中存在需耗费大量人力物力等问题,以正态分布、威布尔分布和指数分布为例,设计可靠性虚拟实验系统及其数据处理程序。通过Unreal Engine 4软件对可靠性虚拟实验平台进行建模,结合python编程对其可靠性数据进行仿真,并处理仿真数据,使该系统具备实验过程实时仿真与交互、实验数据仿真、数据处理及分析与结果显示等功能。实践表明,该系统在可靠性数据处理和可靠性试验仿真教学方面有良好的应用前景。Aiming at the problems of consuming a lot of manpower and material resources in reliability test,taking normal distribution,Weibull distribution and exponential distribution as examples,the reliability virtual experiment system and its data processing program are designed.The reliability virtual experiment platform is modeled by unreal engine4 software,its reliability data is simulated combined with Python programming,and the simulation data are processed,so that the system has the functions of real-time simulation and interaction of experimental process,experimental data simulation,data processing,analysis and result display.The practice shows that the system has excellent application prospects in reliability data processing and reliability test simulation teaching.
