国内国际双循环格局、创新能力与中国数字贸易高质量发展——企业微观层面的检验

摘　　要：数字贸易高质量发展离不开自主创新能力的提升,而在逆全球化背景下,国内国际双循环格局成为培育自主创新能力和实现贸易高质量发展的关键。本文采用嵌入式投入产出表匹配中国工企—海关微观企业数据,实证检验了国内国际双循环格局对中国数字贸易高质量发展的影响。研究发现:贸易保护主义阻断了国际循环的技术扩散机制,促使中国数字贸易企业走上国内国际双循环发展道路,通过发挥双循环的规模效应和竞争效应,激发中国数字贸易自主创新能力,推动中国数字贸易质量水平提高;进一步研究表明,双循环格局对一般贸易、全球金融危机后、东部地区的数字贸易质量的提升作用更为显著。本文的研究为中国数字经济高质量发展提供了重要的启示。The high-quality development of digital trade is inseparable from the improvement of independent innovation ability. In the context of de-globalization, the domestic and foreign dual circulation patterns have become the key to cultivating independent innovation ability and achieving high-quality trade development. This paper empirically tests the impact of the domestic and foreign dual circulation patterns on the high-quality development of China’s digital trade by using the world and regional input-output tables and the matching micro level of data of industrial enterprises and customs. The results show that trade protectionism blocks the technology diffusion mechanism of the international circulation, promotes Chinese digital trade enterprises to embark on the road of domestic and foreign dual circulation development. It also stimulates China’s independent innovation ability of digital trade and improves the quality level of China’s digital trade with the scale effect and competitive effect of the dual circulation patterns. Further research shows that the development of domestic and foreign dual circulation patterns play a more significant role in improving the quality of digital trade of firms in general trade, post-financial crisis accession period and eastern regions. The research of this paper provides important enlightenment for the high-quality development of China’s digital economy.
