摘 要:背景:斜单切口旋转截骨术治疗长骨畸形在截骨后保持了最大的接触面积且没有骨丢失,但必须进行完善的术前计划。目的:精确确定斜单切口旋转截骨术切骨平面的方向和旋转角大小。方法:提出了一种对斜单切口旋转截骨术切骨平面的方向和旋转角大小数学过程的改进方法,明确了畸形角度和扭曲角度变形的定义,计算出旋转角度和截骨平面法线方向,得到截骨平面。结果与结论:应用实例验证表明,基于该方法计算结果进行长骨畸形纠正准确,骨断端接触紧密。该方法能精确确定切骨平面的方向和旋转角大小,提高了截骨的准确性,减少了手术风险和并发症,同时提高了临床应用、计算机模拟切骨、3D打印切骨导板时使用的方便性。BACKGROUND:Oblique single-cut rotation osteotomy for long bone deformities maintains maximal conta ct area and no bone loss after osteotomy,but requires thorough preoperative planning.OBJECTIVE:To accurately determine the direction and rotation angle of the osteotomy plane of oblique single-cut rotation osteotomy.METHODS:An improved method for the mathematical process of the direction and rotation angle of the osteoto my plane of oblique single-cut rotation osteotomy was presented.The deformation of deformity angle and disto rtion angle were defined.The rotation angle and the normal direction of the osteotomy plane were calculated to obtain the osteotomy plane.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The application example showed that the deformity correction based on the calculation results of this method was accurate and the broken ends of bones were in close contact.This method can accurately determine the direction and rotation angle of the bone cutting plane,improve the accura cy of osteotomy,reduce surgical risks and complications,facilitate the convenience of clinical application,computer simulation of bone cutting,and 3 D printing of bone cutting guide plate.
