摘 要:试验旨在研究乌鲁木齐市某羊屠宰场沙门氏菌流行及耐药状况,为沙门氏菌的防控与临床用药提供参考。试验采用特异性选择培养并结合PCR法对乌鲁木齐市某羊屠宰场采集的112份样品进行沙门氏菌的分离鉴定,并采用纸片扩散法对沙门氏菌分离株进行5类11种抗菌药物的耐药性检测。结果显示,共分离到沙门氏菌16株,总阳性率为14.29%(16/112);16株沙门氏菌对β-内酰胺类药物(氨苄西林、头孢噻肟和头孢曲松)表现为高度耐药。研究表明,该屠宰场存在沙门氏菌的流行隐患,沙门氏菌分离株对不同药物均具有耐药性,应引起各部门的高度重视。The purpose of the experiment was to study the prevalence and drug resistance of Salmonella in a sheep slaughterhouse in Urumqi, and to provide reference for the prevention and control of Salmonella and clinical drug use. The experiment used specific selection culture combined with PCR method to isolate and identify Salmonella from 112 samples collected from a sheep slaughterhouse in Urumqi, and used disc diffusion method to detected the resistance of Salmonella isolates to 11 kinds of antibiotics in five categories. The results showed that a total of 16 Salmonella strains were isolated,with a total positive rate of 14.29%(16/112). The 16 isolated Salmonella strains were highly resistant to β-lactam drugs(ampicillin, cefotaxime and ceftriaxone). The study indicates that the slaughterhouse has hidden dangers in the prevalence of Salmonella, and the Salmonella isolates are resistant to different drugs, which should arouse great attention from all departments.
