防疫新常态下河北省中学学生管理现状和改进路径

摘　　要：中学学生管理是中学管理的重要组成部分。在防疫背景下,中学学生管理面临的问题更为复杂。在国家以及省市级层面方针指引下,以应急与常规体系作为双重保障,中学正常教学活动得以全面恢复。基于防疫这一新常态背景,探讨了河北省中学学生管理的改进路径:一是从学校管理智慧化建设层面探讨应急与常规体系的改进与提效措施;二是吸取前期线上教学经验,改善线下教学体系,融合线上线下优势,促进教与学方式的转变;三是充分重视学生心理健康问题,开展科学性、针对性的心理干预,帮助学生构建稳固的心理防线;四是抓住抗疫契机,深化抗疫精神在思政课程中的落实与升华;五是处理好全局与局部关系,因地因时对学生进行灵活化管理。Students management is an important part of middle school management.In the context of epidemic prevention,the problems resulted from middle school students management are more complex.Under the guidance of national,provincial and municipal policies,the normal teaching activities of middle schools have been fully restored with the dual guarantee of emergency and conventional systems.Based on the new normal background of epidemic prevention,this paper discusses the improvement method of middle school students management in Hebei Province:First,schools discuss the improvement methods of emergency and conventional systems from the level of intelligent construction of school management;Second,learning from the previous online teaching experience to improve the offline teaching system.Integrating the online and offline advantages to promote the transformation of teaching and learning methods;Third,paying full attention to students'mental health,and carrying out scientific and targeted psychological intervention,with the purpose of helping students build a solid psychological defense line;Fourth,seizing the opportunity of anti-epidemic to deepen the implementation and sublimation of anti-epidemic spirit in ideological and political courses;Fifth,dealing with the relationship between the overall situation and the local situation,and flexibly managing students according to the place and time.
