摘　　要：通过对柳州市区域放射影像诊断中心的应用情况进行总结分析、讨论,探讨运用远程医疗平台建立区域放射影像诊断中心的价值。利用影像诊断云平台,开展放射医学影像远程会诊、疑难病例讨论和技术培训取得良好效果,成功建立区域影像诊断中心。成功建设区域影像诊断中心后,能顺利完成对医联体机构放射科检查项目报告的统一审签,实现区域影像诊断中心内专家资源的共享,强化基层放射科的规范管理,全面提高基层医院的放射影像诊断及技术质量。By summarizing,analyzing and discussing the application of Liuzhou regional radiological imaging diagnostic center,the value of using the telemedicine platform to establish a regional radiological imaging diagnostic center is discussed.Using the imaging diagnosis cloud platform,the remote consultation of radiological medical imaging,the discussion of difficult cases and technical training have achieved good results,and a regional imaging diagnosis center has been successfully established.After the successful construction of the regional imaging diagnosis center,the unified review and signature of the radiology inspection project report of the medical alliance institution can be successfully completed.It can realize the sharing of expert resources in regional imaging diagnosis centers,strengthen the standardized management of grass-roots radiology departments,and comprehensively improve the radiographic diagnosis and technical quality of grass-roots hospitals.
