纺织服装行业碳核算方法、现状及展望

摘　　要：纺织服装行业在全球碳排放中占比较大。为完成巴黎协议目标,纺织服装行业从业者作为重要参与者为全球碳中和做出了全新承诺:签署成员承诺到2030年将温室气体(GHG)排放量减少30%(以2015年为基准),到2050年实现净零排放。应对这一挑战需要在纺织服装行业的生产和消费方面进行系统层面的变革。文章总结了纺织服装行业碳排放核算方法,强调了适用性和局限性,概述了纺织服装业的碳排放现状,最后提出了行业脱碳的建议。The textile and garment sector accounts for a large proportion of global carbon emissions. In order to achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement, sector stakeholders of the textile and garment sector-as important participants, has made new commitments for global carbon neutrality: signatories to the Charter would commit to 30% greenhouse gas emission reductions by 2030(from a 2015 baseline) and net-zero emissions by 2050. To meet this challenge, system-level changes in the production and consumption of textiles and garments will be required. This paper has summarized the carbon emission accounting methods of the textile and garment sector, emphasized the applicability and limitations, summarized the carbon emission status of the textile and garment sector, and finally given some suggestions for decarbonization of the sector.
