摘 要:将海洋虾池中分离保存的5株假单胞菌菌液与高密度的链状裸甲藻共培养,观察链状裸甲藻的存活能力,分离筛选出高效溶藻菌Ps3.结合形态学、生理生化和测序比对结果,鉴定菌Ps3为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas).采用乙酸乙酯作为发酵液提取相,将不同体积分数投加量下乙酸乙酯提取相溶液和剩余相溶液对链状裸甲藻(Gymnodinium catenatum)和米氏凯伦藻(Karenia mikimotoi)的溶藻率进行比较,结果表明,体积分数4.0%的乙酸乙酯提取相对链状裸甲藻和米氏凯伦藻的溶藻效果最好,48 h溶藻率分别为98.4%和95.9%.Five strains of Pseudomonas liquid isolated and preserved in marine shrimp ponds were co-cultured with high-density of Gymnodinium catenatum in this research.The survival ability of Gymnodinium catenatum was observed and the high efficiency algicidal bacteria Ps3 was isolated and screened out.The bacterial strain Ps3 was identified as Pseudomonas by combining the results of morphology,physiology and biochemistry and sequencing.Using ethyl acetate as the extraction phase of the fermentation broth,the effects of ethyl acetate extraction phase solution and residual phase solution on the algicidal rates of Gymnodinium catenatum and Karenia mikimotoi at different volume fractions were investigated.The results showed that the ethyl acetate extraction phase with volume fraction of 4.0%had the best algicidal effect on Gymnodinium catenatum and Karenia mikimotoi,and the algicidal rates of 48 hours were 98.4%and 95.9%,respectively.
