摘 要:乏燃料包壳切割装置应用于对乏燃料棒体的不锈钢外壳高精度切割去除,为了保证锯切精度问题,先对乏燃料包壳装置切削原理和乏燃料棒体结构进行简要分析说明,运用锯切机切削的数学理论公式对切削力能参数进行计算,得出平均切削力及平均锯切功率等参数。并且基于ABAQUS有限元仿真软件建立金属锯切的有限元模型,对锯切过程进行仿真分析,得到锯切力、锯切温度和锯切应力分布数据,同时与理论计算得到的平均锯切力和文献所查得锯切热进行分析比较,验证数据的可靠性,为后续锯切研究提供有效数据。The spent fuel shell cutting device is applied to the high-precision cutting and removal of the stainless steel shell of the spent fuel rod body.In order to ensure the precision of sawing,the cutting principle of the spent fuel shell device and the structure of the spent fuel rod body are briefly analyzed and explained,and the cutting force parameters are calculated by using the mathematical theoretical formula of sawing machine cutting,and the average cutting force and the average sawing power are obtained.Based on ABAQUS finite factor simulation software,the finite part model of metal sawing is established,the simulation analysis of sawing process is carried out,the sawing force distribution data,sawing temperature and sawing stress are obtained,and the average saw cutting force and the saw cutting heat found in the literature are analyzed and compared,the reliability of the data is verified,and the effective data are provided for the subsequent saw cutting research.
