摘　　要：目的调查临床护士职业幸福感现状及其影响因素,探索护士安全防范态度在工作环境和职业幸福感间的中介作用。方法2021年3—5月,选择绵阳市中心医院286名临床护士为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、护理工作环境量表、安全防护态度量表和护士职业幸福感量表进行问卷调查,通过SPSS 25.0软件进行统计描述和相关性分析,用PROCESS 3.0软件进行中介效应检验。结果286名临床护士工作环境总均分为(3.01±0.51)分、安全防护态度总均分为(3.05±0.73)分、职业幸福感总均分为(2.96±0.71)分。Pearson相关分析显示,工作环境与安全防护态度、职业幸福感,安全防护态度与职业幸福感均呈正相关(r=0.758、0.673、0.684,均P<0.01)。护士安全防护态度在工作环境与职业幸福感间起部分中介作用,中介效应值为0.309,中介效应占总效应比例为45.91%。结论工作环境对临床护士职业幸福感有直接预测作用,临床护士安全防护态度在工作环境与职业幸福感间起部分中介作用。护理管理者可以通过采取有效干预措施改善临床护士的工作环境,提高安全防护态度,进而提升临床护士职业幸福感。Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of clinical nurses’occupational well-being,explore the mediating effect of nurses’safety attitude on practice environment and occupational well-being.Methods From March to May2021,286 clinical nurses in Mianyang Central Hospital were selected as the research objects.The general data questionnaire,practice environment scale,safety protection attitude scale and nurse occupational well-being scale were used for questionnaire survey.The statistical description and correlation analysis were conducted by SPSS 25.0 software.The mediation effect was tested by PROCESS 3.0 software.Results The total average score of practice environment among 286 clinical nurses was(3.01±0.51)points,the total average score of safety protection attitude was(3.05±0.73)points,and the total average score of occupational wellbeing score was(2.96±0.71)points.The results of Pearson analysis showed that practice environment was positively correlated with safety protection attitude,occupational well-being,and safety protection attitude was positively correlated with occupational wellbeing(r=0.758,0.673,0.684,all P<0.01).Nurses’safety protection attitude played a part of the mediating role between the practice environment and occupational well-being,the effect value was 0.309,and the mediating effect accounted for 45.91%of the total effect.Conclusion The practice environment has a direct predictive effect on the occupational well-being of clinical nurses,and the safety protection attitude of clinical nurses plays a part of the mediating role between the practice environment and occupational well-being.Nursing managers can take effective intervention measures to improve the practice environment and raise safety protection attitude of clinical nurses,so as to promote the clinical nurses’occupational well-being.
