摘 要:目的探讨不同矫治力对口腔牙齿缺失模型大鼠牙周韧带和骨缝性能的影响。方法48只SD雄性大鼠都建立口腔牙齿缺失模型,按随机数字表法分为3组-A组、B组与C组,每组各16只。3组分别施加0、20、50 g的矫治力,记录大鼠牙周韧带和骨缝性能变化情况。结果B组与C组矫治后5 d与10 d的牙齿移动距离分别为(0.45±0.04)、(0.56±0.03)mm与(0.51±0.04)、(0.65±0.09)mm,均大于A组[(0.23±0.03)、(0.24±0.02)mm],C组均大于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组与C组矫治后5 d与10 d的破骨细胞计数为(8.76±0.42)、(9.28±0.33)个与(12.04±0.87)、(13.76±0.76)个,均多于A组[(4.98±0.77)、(4.94±0.34)个],C组也多于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组与C组的矫治后5 d与10 d牙周韧带宽度(356.09±43.82)、(300.87±26.76)μm与(289.87±27.87)、(230.87±14.74)μm,小于A组[(514.86±67.22)、(515.98±45.28)μm],C组也小于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组压力侧牙周膜间隙变窄,张力侧牙周膜间隙增宽,只有少量成骨细胞;B组压力侧牙周间隙变窄,骨边缘吸收呈锯齿状,成骨细胞增多;C组压力侧未见透明性变区,可见大量破骨细胞,出现广泛的骨吸收,张力侧牙周间隙增宽。结论相对于0、20 g,50 g矫治力对口腔牙齿缺失模型大鼠中的应用能缩短牙周韧带宽度,改善骨缝性能,增加牙齿移动距离和破骨细胞计数。Objective To investigate the effects of different orthodontics on the performance of periodontal ligaments and sutures in rats with oral tooth loss.Methods Forty-eighty SD male rats were established oral tooth loss model rats,and then were divided into 3 groups by random number table method-group A,group B and group C,with 16 animals in each group.The three groups were applied with 0,20,50 g correction force,the changes in the performance of rat periodontal ligaments and sutures were recorded.Results The tooth movement distance and osteoclast count of group B and group C at 5 and 10 days after treatment were(0.45±0.04),(0.56±0.03)mm and(0.51±0.04),(0.65±0.09)mm,which were greater than group A[(0.23±0.03),(0.24±0.02)mm],group C was also larger than group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The osteoclast counts in groups B and C at 5 and 10 days after treatment were(8.76±0.42),(9.28±0.33)pieces,and(12.04±0.87),(13.76±0.76)pieces,which were more than those in group A[(4.98±0.77),(4.94±0.34)pieces],group C was also more than group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The width of periodontal ligament in group B and group C at 5 and 10 days after treatment were(356.09±43.82),(300.87±26.76)μm and(289.87±27.87),(230.87±14.74)μm,which were less than that of group A[(514.86±67.22)and(515.98±45.28)μm],and group C were also less than group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In group A,the periodontal space on the pressure side were narrowed,and the periodontal space on the tension side were widened,with only few osteoblasts;in group B,the periodontal space on the pressure side were narrowed,the bone edge were resorbed in jagged shape,and osteoblasts increased;in group C,there were no hyaline zone on the pressure side,a large number of osteoclasts were seen,extensive bone resorption occurs,and the periodontal space on the tension side were widened.Conclusion Compares with 0,20 g,the application of 50 g orthodontic force in oral t
