摘　　要：目的探讨SPD管理方案对临床检验试剂管理中高库存资金、流程漫长、粗放式管理方案的创新与改进效果。方法在服务商协助下,上线运行试剂物资系统,实行线上采购;利用医院原有仓储资源建设院内服务中心,服务商提供医院仓库全托管服务,建设院内服务中心;针对耗材的消耗量实行定数与非定数管理,冷藏试剂采用结合智能冰箱的方式进行管理,非冷藏试剂则按扫码出库方式进行管理,建立使用后结算模式。结果上线试剂物资系统,实现了拆零管理、报警管理、注册证管理、全程唯一码等精细化管理功能。试剂物资系统上线运行后,库存成本由980.61万下降到573.89万,下降幅度为41.47%;使用后结算模式,库存成本由最高的597.95万下降到最低的25.50万。本研究对10种重点管控项目的消耗量进行统计分析,在使用后结算模式中最大降幅为2.59%,最小降幅为0.89%。此外,使用后结算模式引入智能冰箱,实现试剂库存自动扣减,提升试剂管理效率。结论我院增加了体外诊断试剂采购数量预估的科学性及库存管理的能力,提高了医院耗材管理部门的精细化管理整体水平。Objective To explore the innovation and improvement of SPD management scheme on high inventory capital,long process and extensive management in clinical test reagent management.Methods With the help of service providers,the reagent system was implemented online and the online procurement was carried out.The original storage resources of the hospital were used to build the hospital service center,the service provider provided the full trusteeship service of the hospital warehouse,and the hospital service center was built.The consumption of consumables was managed by fixed and non-fixed number.The refrigerated reagents were managed by combining intelligent refrigerator,and the non-refrigerated reagents were managed by scavenging out of the warehouse.The post settlement mode was established.Results The online reagent material system realized the fine management functions such as disassembly management,alarm management,registration certificate management and unique code in the whole process.After putting the reagent material system into operation,the inventory cost decreased from 9.8061 million to 5.7389 million,with a decrease of 41.47%.Using the post settlement mode,the inventory cost decreased from the highest 5.9795 million to lowest 0.2550 million.This article conducted statistical analysis on the consumption of 10 key control items,in the post settlement mode,the maximum decrease was 2.59%and the minimum decrease was 0.89%.In addition,the post settlement mode combined intelligent refrigerator could reduce the use of reagents and improve the efficiency of reagent inventory.Conclusion Our hospital has increased the scientific estimation of the purchase quantity of in vitro diagnostic reagents and the ability of inventory management,and improved the overall level of fine management of hospital consumables management department.
