丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗脑梗死的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察丁苯酚酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法 78例脑梗死患者,根据治疗方法不同分为参照组和实验组,每组39例。参照组患者采用阿司匹林肠溶片联合舒血宁注射液治疗,实验组采用丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。对比两组治疗效果、神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力评分。结果 实验组治疗总有效率97.4%高于参照组的79.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组神经功能缺损评分(4.6±2.8)分、日常生活能力评分(89.5±3.2)分均优于参照组的(18.9±3.1)、(71.5±2.7)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用丁苯酞软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片对脑梗死进行治疗能够有效提高临床效果,改善患者的日常生活能力,提升患者的神经功能,值得临床推广和使用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of butylphthalide soft capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 78 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into reference group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 39 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with shuxuening injection,and the experimental group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsules combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets.The therapeutic effect,neurological deficit score and activities of daily living score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate 97.4%of the experimental group was higher than 79.5%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neurological deficit score(4.6±2.8)points and the activities of daily living score(89.5±3.2)points in the experimental group were better than(18.9±3.1)and(71.5±2.7)points in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of cerebral infarction can effectively improve the clinical effect of cerebral infarction,improve the activities of daily life of patients,and enhance the neurological function of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
