神经内科眩晕症行昂丹司琼联合盐酸倍他司汀治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察神经内科眩晕症患者予以盐酸倍他司汀联合昂丹司琼治疗的效果。方法84例眩晕症患者,以随机抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各42例。对照组行盐酸倍他司汀单一药物治疗,观察组行盐酸倍他司汀联合昂丹司琼治疗。比较两组干预前后的症状评分、疗效。结果干预后,观察组头痛、眩晕、恶心呕吐评分分别为(3.32±1.15)、(13.75±1.53)、(3.33±0.28)分,均高于对照组的(1.69±1.12)、(10.49±0.31)、(3.02±0.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论昂丹司琼联合盐酸倍他司汀在治疗神经内科眩晕症中具有积极作用,能实现患者症状改善和疗效提升,值得临床重视推广。Objective To observe the effect of ondansetron combined with betahistine hydrochloride on vertigo patients in neurology department.Methods A total of 84 patients with vertigo were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with betahistine hydrochloride alone,and the observation group was treated with betahistine hydrochloride combined with ondansetron.The symptom score before and after the intervention and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of headache,dizziness,nausea and vomiting in the observation group were(3.32±1.15),(13.75±1.53),and(3.33±0.28)points,which were higher than(1.69±1.12),(10.49±0.31),and(3.02±0.21)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 80.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ondansetron and betahistine hydrochloride has a positive effect in the treatment of vertigo in the neurology department,which can improve the symptoms and efficacy of patients,and is worthy of clinical attention and promotion.
