奥沙西泮联合生物反馈治疗焦虑症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 研究奥沙西泮联合生物反馈治疗焦虑症的临床效果。方法 84例焦虑症患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各42例。观察组患者采用奥沙西泮联合生物反馈治疗,对照组患者单纯采用奥沙西泮治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 观察组患者治愈18例(42.86%)、显著进步13例(30.95%)、进步9例(21.43%)、无效2例(4.76%),对照组患者治愈7例(16.67%)、显著进步15例(35.71%)、进步9例(21.43%)、无效11例(26.19%)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 奥沙西泮联合生物反馈治疗焦虑症能提升临床疗效,改善患者的焦虑、睡眠和生活质量,值得推荐。Objective To study the clinical effect of oxazepam combined with biofeedback in the treatment of anxiety.Methods A total of 84 patients with anxiety were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with oxazepam combined with biofeedback,and the patients in the control group were treated with oxazepam alone.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results In the observation group,18 cases(42.86%)were cured,13 cases(30.95%)were significantly improved,9 cases(21.43%)were improved,and 2 cases(4.76%)were ineffective;in the control group,7 cases(16.67%)were cured,15 cases(35.71%)were significantly improved,9(21.43%)cases were improved,and 11 cases(26.19%)were ineffective.The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxazepam combined with biofeedback in the treatment of anxiety can improve clinical efficacy and improve patients'anxiety,sleep and quality of life,which is worthy of recommendation.
