摘　　要：作为无产阶级政党,中国共产党自成立之日起就将为人民谋幸福视为奋斗目标,矢志不渝地为之进行探索和实践。为人民谋居住幸福内含于为人民谋幸福之中,鲜明地体现在延安时期中国共产党为满足贫苦农民的居住需要,采取一系列旨在解决其“无居”“贫居”“苦居”等状况的理论探索与实践中,其中内含的居住需要伦理、居住空间伦理、居住关怀伦理、居住人际伦理和居住价值伦理,凝结成延安时期中国共产党善政、仁政和德政等重要伦理品质。这是革命战争时期中国共产党解决民生问题的重要体现,凸显出中国共产党以人民为中心、全心全意为人民谋居住幸福的伦理精神与智慧。Since its founding,the Communist Party of China has been striving to seek happiness for the people. This is clearly reflected in CPC′s efforts to satisfy the poor farmers′need for residence in the Yan′an period with a series of theoretical exploration and practices aimed at solving their problems of“no residence” and“poor residence”. The exploration and practices resulted in ethics of residential need,ethics of residential space,ethics of residential care,ethics of residential interpersonal relationship and ethics of residential value,which condensed into an important embodiment of the good governance of the CPC in Yan′an period,highlighting the ethical spirit and wisdom of the CPC to take people as the center and seek happiness for the people wholeheartedly.
