摘 要:为研发一种环保、简单、成本低、高附加值的新型多功能透明木质复合材料并将其应用于绿色装饰领域,将桦木进行木质素改性预处理,采用水热法以壳聚糖(CS)为原料制备碳量子点(CQDs),再通过真空浸渍处理,将聚乙烯醇(PVA)和CQDs封装于木材内部,经疏水改性处理制得疏水性荧光透明木材(CTW)。同时,对CTW的制备工艺进行优化,并探究了CTW的微观形貌、化学组成、木质素含量、颜色变化、润湿性能、光学性能等。结果表明:制备的CTW不仅能够阻挡83.1%的UV-A和86.2%的UV-B的透过,还具有78.5%的可见光透光率,并且在紫外光下呈蓝色荧光。此外,经疏水改性后CTW其接触角可达144°,具有良好疏水效果。In order to explore a new type of environment-friendly,simple,low-cost,and high value-added transparent wood composite material in the field of green decoration,birch wood was pretreated with lignin modification,and chitosan(CS)was used as raw material to prepare carbon quantum dots(CQDs)by hydrothermal method.Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and CQDs were encapsulated in the treated wood through vacuum impregnation treatment,and hydrophobic fluorescent transparent wood(CTW)was prepared by further hydrophobic modification.The preparation process of UV-resistant and hydrophobic CTW was optimized,and the microstructure,chemical composition,lignin content,color change,wettability,optical property of treated wood were discussed.The results showed that the CTW can not only block the transmission of 83.1%UV-A and 86.2%UV-B,but also had 78.5%visible light transmittance and blue fluorescence under UV light.Meanwhile,its contact angle was 144°after hydrophobic modification,showing the good waterproof effect.
