摘 要:为提高户外用竹材的耐老化性能及使用寿命,研究以甲基苯基有机硅氧烷树脂、脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为原料,制备竹材用耐老化涂层,并分别对有自制涂层的试样和空白试样进行1080 h的人工加速紫外老化试验。结果表明:有涂层试样经过1080 h老化后,依然保持最高级0级的附着力,色差值ΔE仅为4.32,失光率为6.3%,涂层外观保持良好。红外谱图显示老化后涂层的化学成分几乎未变。有机硅涂层可以有效提升户外竹材的耐老化性能和使用寿命。To improve the anti-aging ability and service life of outdoor bamboo,the anti-aging coating for bamboo was prepared by using methyl phenyl silicone resin,aliphatic polyurethane acrylate and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane as raw materials.The samples coated with self-made coating and the control samples were subjected to 1080 h artificial accelerated UV aging test.The results showed that after aging for 1080 h,the coated sample still maintained the highest adhesion level of 0.The color differenceΔE was only 4.32,and the loss of light was 6.3%.The coating appearance remained good.Infrared spectra showed that chemical composition of the coating remained almost unchanged after aging.Silicone coating can effectively improve the anti-aging ability and service life of outdoor bamboo.
