摘 要:以华北落叶松为研究对象,采用中心钻孔、钻小孔、切口处理三类10种处理方式,探究机械预处理对原木干燥速率、干燥质量及无疵试样顺纹抗压强度的变化规律。研究表明:机械预处理对原木干燥速率影响较小,钻孔处理干燥速率大于切口处理;对干燥质量提升显著,双切口、四切口处理试样无明显表裂;对于无疵试样,当单切口处理深度由10 mm增至15、20 mm时,抗压强度分别提高14.8%、0.5%;切口总深和为10、15 mm和20 mm时,双切口抗压强度较单切口分别提高17.7%、5.6%,下降4.8%。In this paper,Larix principis-rupprechtii was used as the research object to study the changes of drying rate,drying quality,and the compressive strength of undamaged samples along the grain of logs by mechanical pretreatment with three kinds of treatments including center drilling,hole drilling and incision treatment.The results showed that mechanical pretreatment had little effect on the drying rate of logs,and the average drying rate of borehole treatment was higher than that of incision treatment.The drying quality improved significantly,and the samples with two or four notches had no obvious surface cracks.For the sample without defects,when the depth of single notch treatment increased from 10 mm to 15 mm and 20 mm,the compressive strength increased by 14.8%and 0.5%.When the total incisions were 10,15 mm and 20 mm,the compressive strength of double incisions increased by 17.7%,5.6%and decreased by 4.8%compared to single incisions,respectively.
