防潮型高密度纤维板生产工艺探讨

摘　　要：在不改变纤维板原有制胶和热压设备的情况下,通过改性胶黏剂和调整热压工艺,研发了可以大批量稳定生产防潮型高密度纤维板的生产技术,该产品贴面、吸塑、油漆后能替代热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板在潮湿环境中使用。Under the condition of not changing the original equipment of making glue and hot pressing for fiberboard, through the modification of adhesive and the adjustment of hot pressing process, a kind of production technology for stable mass production of compact laminate substitute board was developed;this substrate, after surface processing with veneer, plastic coating, and painting,could be used in high-humidity environment to replace compact laminate substrate.
