摘 要:工业蒸汽供热系统工况切换会导致用户侧蒸汽品质的波动,关系着工业用户的生产生活的质量。本文基于能源动力仿真平台Apros搭建某工业蒸汽管网的动态机理仿真模型,对不同工况进行模拟计算,获得多工况下热源和热用户的工况数据,以此为基础基于机器学习算法建立代理模型。通过对蒸汽管网模型中热源、阀门等因素的设置和修改,代理模型能模拟蒸汽供热系统中的工况切换过程的情况,以研究工业用户蒸汽品质的波动过程。在随机和正弦信号的热源负荷工况中,代理模型与原机理模型对热用户参数的仿真结果,均方根误差分别为0.68%和0.40%,具有较好的一致性。The switching of industrial steam heating system will lead to the fluctuation of steam quality on the user side,which is related to the quality of production and life of industrial users.In this paper,a dynamic mechanism simulation model of an industrial steam pipe network was built based on Apros,and the working condition data of heat source and heat user under different working conditions were obtained.Based on this,a proxy model was established based on machine learning algorithm.By setting and modifying the heat source,valve and other factors in the steam pipe network model,the agent model can simulate the switching process in the steam heating system,so as to study the fluctuation process of the steam quality of industrial users.In the random and sinusoidal heat source load conditions,the root mean square error of the simulation results of the agent model and the original mechanism model are 0.68%and 0.40%,respectively,which have good consistency.
