摘　　要：烟草业的发展对云南的GDP做了巨大的贡献,然而如何进一步的发展是云南烟草业现在所面临的问题。针对云南烟草产业的发展现状,文章基于产业生态系统的视角,对云南烟草企业采取纵向案例研究方法。系统分析了云南的烟草企业在改革开放后演进过程中的演化动力,并找出云南卷烟在辉煌期后市场份额下降的真正原因,最后给予相应的的发展建议。文章的研究丰富了产业生态系统的相关理论,也为后发企业在初期发展与后期扩展规模阶段提供了有益的实际案例借鉴。The development of the tobacco business has made a significant contribution to Yunnan’s GDP, but the issue that the Yunnan tobacco sector is currently facing is how to demand future development. Regarding the state of growth of the Yunnan tobacco industry, this research employs a longitudinal case study method for Yunnan tobacco firms from the standpoint of the industrial ecosystem. This paper systematically analyzes the evolutionary dynamics of Yunnan’s tobacco enterprises in the evolution process following reform and opening up, identifies the genuine reason for the decline of Yunnan cigarettes’ market share after the glorious period, and finally provides corresponding development recommendations. This study adds to the relevant theories of the industrial ecosystem while also providing a beneficial practical case reference for late-developing firms in the early stages of development and later stages of scale growth.
