摘　　要：创新教育是当代中国高等教育改革的基本方向之一。文章阐释了创新、创新素质、创新能力、创新思维、创新人格等创新教育领域的基本概念及模型;以物流专业为背景,阐述了“创新教育”在物流专业的意义和价值;以“创业模拟训练课”为例,分析了该课程中“创新教育”的元素和内容,为高校物流管理与工程专业创新教育提供一种新的思路,也为其它商科专业的创新教育改革提供有意义的借鉴参考。Innovation education is one of the basic directions of college education reform in contemporary China. This paper explains the basic concepts and models in the field of innovation education, such as innovation, innovation quality, innovation ability, innovation thinking and innovation personality;taking the logistics subject major as the background, this paper elaborates the significance and value of“innovative education”in the logistics subject major;taking“start-up simulation training”course as an example, this paper analyzes the elements and contents of“innovation education”in this course, which provides a new idea for the innovation education of logistics management and engineering major in colleges and universities, and also provides a meaningful reference for the innovation education reform of other business majors.
