摘  要:针对山洪灾害非工程措施中合理确定临界雨量预警指标的问题,在获得足够历史雨量资料基础上,按照山洪灾害临界雨量计算方法,开展临界雨量初值计算的研究。利用GIS空间数据管理能力,为危险监控点提供快速的预警指标支持,并在广西平果县开展实施,实践证明预警指标与实际情况基本相符,为合理避险转移提供了支撑。In view of the issue of rationally determining the critical rainfall early warning index for the non-engineering protection measures of mountain torrent disaster, on the basis of sufficient historical rainfall data, according to the calculation method of critical rainfall, the calculation of initial value of critical rainfall was studied. The GIS spatial data management capability is used to provide rapid early warning index support for the danger monitoring spots, which had been practiced at Pingguo County of Guangxi. The practice proved the early warning index basically conformed to the actual situation, which provides support for rational risk avoidance and transfer.
