摘 要:目的 研究迷迭香精油在不同蒸馏时段的化学成分及抗氧化活性。方法 水蒸气蒸馏法提取精油,GC-MS法进行成分分析,考察该成分对DPPH·、ABTS^(+)·的清除率。结果 在0~10、10~30、30~60、60~360 min分别鉴定了50、48、47、59种成分。4个蒸馏时段均以桉叶油醇含量最高,但其相对值变化明显(38.45%、34.52%、24.56%、13.65%)。在不同蒸馏时段,对DPPH·的IC_(50)值分别为20.78、14.29、5.27、2.23 mg/mL,对ABTS^(+)·的IC_(50)值分别为2.43、1.40、0.49、0.20 mg/mL。结论 迷迭香精油具有较强的抗氧化活性,在60~360 min蒸馏时段更明显。AIM To study the chemical constituents and antioxidant activity of essential oil in Rosmarinus officinalis L. at different distillation periods.METHODS Essential oil was extracted by steam distillation method, after which component analysis was performed by GC-MS, the scavenging rates of this component on DPPH· and ABTS· were investigated.RESULTS Fifty, forty-eight, forty-seven, fifty-nine constituents were identified at 0-10, 10-30, 30-60, 60-360 min, respectively.Eucalyptol demonstrated the highest contents at four distillation periods, but its relative values exhibited obvious changes(38.45%,34.52%,24.56%, 13.65%). At different distillation periods, the IC_(50)values on DPPH· were 20.78,14.29,5.27, 2.23 mg/mL,while those on ABTS^(+)· were 2.43,1.40,0.49,0.20 mg/mL,respectively.CONCLUSION Essential oil in R. officinalis has strong antioxidant activity, especially at the distillation period of 60-360 min.
